Strawberry Affogato

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
Premcham Strawberry Syrup 2oz
Vanilla ice cream 66g
Creamer 2tbsp
Fresh milk 80ml
Whipping cream 40g
Ice cube 260g
Espresso 40ml
Condensed milk 10g
Directions

1. In a cup, mix espresso and condensed milk thoroughly.
2. Blend ice cubes, Premcham Strawberry, creamer, Whipping cream, fresh milk and Vanilla ice cream until creamy and smooth. Pour in the cup.
4. Substitute Premcham Strawberry Syrup with ShineThie Strawberry Pulp if desired.
