Pink Lady

Ingredients
Yield:200ml
Premcham Strawberry Syrup 1oz
Lemon juice 5ml
Gin 1oz
Creamer 1tbsp
Fresh milk cream 1oz
Iced water 60ml
Ice cubes 160g
Directions

1. In a shaker, fill with half full ice cubes, gin, Premcham Strawberry, lemon juice and fresh milk cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker frosts up. 
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Substitute Premcham Strawberry syrup with Shinethie Strawberry Puree if desired.
4. Optional to add gin.
