Pineapple Pomelo Sago

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
ShineThie Pineapple pulpy syrup 2tbsp
ShineThie Grapefruit Pulp 20g
Premcham Pineapple syrup 1.5oz
Fresh milk 50ml
Coconut milk 20ml
Jasmine green tea jelly 60g
Ice cubes 240g
Directions

1. Place jasmine green tea jelly and ShineThie Pineapple pulpy syrup into a serving cup and bend well. Put it aside. 
2. Blend ice cubes, Premcham pineapple syrup and fresh milk until slushy. Pour out into the cup.
3. Drizzle coconut milk and top with ShineThie Grapefruit Pulp to serve.
