Grape Pomelo Sago

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
Shinethie Kyoho Grape 10pcs
ShineThie Red Grapefruit Pulp 20g
Lucky Tree Red Grape Fruit Syrup 1.5oz
Fructose 15ml
Milk 50ml
Coconut milk 20ml
Sage (Jasmine tea jelly) 60g
Ice cube 240g
Directions

1. Place and crush Shinethie Kyoho grapes in a serving cup. Add sago (Jasmine tea jelly), milk and stir well.
2. Add ice cubes, Lucky Tree Red Grape, fructose in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour out in the serving cup.
3. Top with coconut milk and garnish with ShineThie Red Grapefruit Pulps to serve.

4. Substitute Lucky Tree Red Grape with Premcham Red Grape if desired.
