Snow Mango Panna Cotta

Ingredients
Yield:700ml
Premcham Mango Syrup 2oz
Panna cotta 100g
Chilled water 80ml
Ice cube 240g
Shinethie frozen mango dice some
Shinethie Vanilla Syrup (for whipped cream frosting) 5g
Fresh milk (for whipping cream frosting) 20g
Whipping cream (for whipped cream frosting) 45g
Directions

1. Whipped cream frosting preparation: whip together Shinethie Vanilla, fresh milk, and whipping cream.
2. Add panna cotta and Shinethie frozen mango dices to a glass.
3. Blend Premcham Mango, chilled water and ice cubes to create a smoothie. Pour into the glass.
4. Top with whipped cream frosting to serve.
5. Replace Premcham Mango with Shinethie Mango Puree according to preference.
