Strawberry Pomelo Sago

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
ShineThie Strawberry pulp 3tbsp
ShineThie Red Grapefruit Pulp 20g
Milk 80ml
Coconut milk 20ml
Jasmine green tea jelly 50g
Ice cube 240g
Directions

1. Place Jasmine green tea jelly (crushed) and milk in a serving cup. Stir well.
2. Add ice cubes, ShineThie Strawberry pulp in a blender and blend until slushy. Pour out in the serving cup.
3. Top with coconut milk and garnish with ShineThie Red Grapefruit Pulps to serve.
4. Substitute ShineThie Strawberry pulp with ShineThie Mango pulp if desired.

5. Substitute ShineThie Strawberry pulp with Premcham Strawberry Syrup 2oz if desired.
