Pinky Peach Sour

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
Shinthie Pinky Peach Pulpy Jam 3tbsp
Fructose 10ml
Vodka 1.5oz
Soda water 330ml
Ice cubes 80g
Directions

1. Place ice cubes, Shinethie Pinky Peach Pulpy Jam, fructose and Vodka into a serving cup. Pour soda water for about 100ml into the cup and blend evenly. 
2. Pour the remaining soda water over ice cubes slowly into the cup to serve. 
3.  Add fruit if desire.
