Strawberry Bubble

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
ShineThie Strawberry pulp 3tbsp
Fructose 15ml
Soda water 300ml
Ice cube 100g
Directions

1. Add ShineThie strawberry pulp, fructose and ice cubes in a serving cup. Then pour in about 50ml soda water and stir well. 
2. Pour the remaining soda water slowly over ice cubes into the cup and serve.

3. Substitute ShineThie Strawberry pulp with Premcham Strawberry Syrup 2oz if desired.
