Cloud Pinky Peach Green Tea

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
Shinethie Pinky Peach Pulpy Jam 3tbsp
Fructose 10ml
Green tea bag 1bag
Boiling water 120ml
Ice cubes 240g
Premcham Peach Syrup (foam) 15ml
Fresh milk (foam) 60ml
Fresh milk cream (foam) 30ml
Directions

1. Green tea brewing: pour boiling water over green tea bag and steep for 4 minutes. Remove the tea bag and put aside.
2. Place ice cubes, Shinethie Pinky Peach Pulpy Jam, fructose, green tea into a shaker and shake well. Pour into a cup.
 3. Stir Premcham Peach Syrup, fresh milk, fresh milk cream into milk foam with an electric stirrer. Pour into the cup to serve. 
4.  Substitute green tea bag with black tea bag if desired.
