Piña Colada

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
Premcham Pineapple syrup 2oz
Rum 2oz
Coconut cream 45ml
Lemon juice 10ml
Iced water 100ml
Ice cubes 200g
Directions

1. Blend all ingredients together until it has a shaved ice texture. 
2. Substitute Premcham Pineapple syrup with Shinethie Pineapple Pulpy Jam if desired.
4. Optional to add Rum.
