1. Blend fresh milk and ShineThie Caramel syrup well and then use automatic frother to make caramel milk foam. Put aside.
2. Put ice cubes, ShineThie Caramel syrup and espresso into cup and blend well. Pour into caramel milk foam on top to serve.
3. Substitute ShineThie Caramel syrup with ShineThie Vanilla or Hazelnut if desired.
