Strawberry Pomelo Sago

Ingredients
Yield:500ml
ShineThie Strawberry puree 3tbsp
Grapefruit Pulp 20g
Milk 80ml
Coconut milk 20ml
Jasmine green tea jelly 50g
Ice cube 240g
Directions

1. Place Jasmine green tea jelly (crushed) and milk in a serving cup. Stir well.
2. Add ice cubes, ShineThie Strawberry puree in a blender and blend until slushy. Pour out in the serving cup.
3. Top with coconut milk and garnish with grapefruit pulps to serve.
4. Substitute ShineThie Strawberry puree with ShineThie Mango puree if desired.

5. Substitute ShineThie Strawberry puree with Premcham Strawberry Syrup 2oz if desired.
