| Premcham Strawberry Syrup | 1oz |

| Lemon juice | 5ml | 
| Gin | 1oz | 
| Creamer | 1tbsp | 
| Fresh milk cream | 1oz | 
| Iced water | 60ml | 
| Ice cubes | 160g | 
1. In a shaker, fill with half full ice cubes, gin, Premcham Strawberry, lemon juice and fresh milk cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker frosts up. 
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Substitute Premcham Strawberry syrup with Shinethie Strawberry Puree if desired.
4. Optional to add gin.
