Shinethie Vanilla Syrup (for whipping cream) | 5g |
Fresh milk (for whipping cream) | 20g |
Whipping cream (for whipped cream frosting) | 45g |
1. Whipping cream preparation: mix Shinethie Vanilla, fresh milk and Whipping cream together and whip the mixture.
2. Add panna cotta, fresh diced strawberry in one cup.
3. In a blender, blend Premcham Strawberry, Chilled water and ice cubes until slushy. Pour out in the cup.
4. Add the whipped cream as the final touch to serve.
5. Substitute Premcham Strawberry Syrup with ShineThie Strawberry Pulp if desired.
