1. Put ice cubes, ShineThie Hazelnut syrup, fresh milk, button chocolates and LYONS Designer Dessert Toppings-Chocolate in a blender and blend well. Pour in a cup.
2. Put on whipped fresh milk cream, chocoate chips and LYONS Designer Dessert Toppings-Chocolate to serve.
3. Substitute ShineThie Hazelnut syrup with ShineThie Vanilla or Caramel if desired.
