1. Place lemon pieces and mint leaves in a cup. Muddle and press them together.
2. Add ice cubes, Premcham Strawberry and strawberry dices in the cup. Shake slightly.
3. Add rum if desired.
4. Substitute Premcham Strawberry Syrup with Shinethie Strawberry Pulp if desired.
